heavily photomanipulated sf/surreal header image for
endless.hu v2.0.4: "powers that be"

endless.hu is a strictly non-commercial, independent review site for movies, comics and fiction - in Hungarian.

previous (light and dark) incarnations of the design can be seen in my gallery.

the current design is a (visually heavy, technically barely altered) modification of the wonderful wordpress theme fauna from noscope.com.

I didn't want to make them too metallic. :no: in fact I was going for a metallic-glass-organic look where it's hard to tell what the material is - I wanted them to look as alien as possible within this idea frame. :nod:

I'm really happy that you like it, thank you. yet I think there's nothing stopping you from becoming as proficient with ps as you want - just practice, keep designing and painting things just for the fun of it... that's what I'm doing too, I've got a lot to improve as well. everybody has... :D

i'm thinking about buying a tablet, maybe then it'll be better to use ps.
anyway, they look like alien, great work:)

do buy one. it makes things way, way easier. you'll find that what seemed a daunting task becomes almost no challenge. tablets are great. :nod: (look for a pressure sensitive one!)
